Professional Background

Born in 1984, he studied physics at the Leibniz University Hannover, Germany (main fields of study: Optics, Photonics, Biophysics). He received his PhD from the KTH Stockholm, Institute of Applied Physics, Sweden (main fields of interest: mode-locked solid-state lasers, nonlinear optics, semiconductor saturable absorbers).
